About number 3 tracing worksheet

Three is two bumps stacked on the right side, both starting from the left: around, back, around again. It is the single most-reversed numeral — a backwards 3 looks like a capital E, which is exactly how children remember which way it faces: 3 is NOT an E.

Say 'around and around, both doors open to the left' while tracing. Extra repetition here pays off for years.

When 3 feels automatic on its own, the 1–10 sheet mixes it back in with its neighbours — recognising it in a line-up is the next step after writing it alone.
