Number 1 tracing worksheet

One is the simplest stroke on this page: start at the top and pull straight down. Resist adding the little flag at the top for now — plain-stick 1 is what most school fonts use, and it keeps 1 clearly different from 7.

Because 1 is so quick, this page is a good confidence-builder to do first. Count single things aloud while tracing: one nose, one door, one moon.
