3. AI Assistant Integrations (ChatGPT and similar)

We provide a read-only integration that lets AI assistants such as ChatGPT search our public catalogue and free tools on your behalf. When you use it, this is what happens:

• What it receives: only the search terms or preferences the assistant sends us — for example “kindergarten phonics”, an age band, or a budget range.
• What it does not receive: your name, email address, account details, payment information, conversation history, or any children’s names or class lists. The integration accepts none of these, by design.
• Retention: search terms are used in memory to answer the request and are not stored by the integration. If a request fails we log the error message and a random reference ID — never the text you sent.
• What it can do: look up public product and free-tool information only. It cannot take payment, complete a purchase, or change anything in your account. Any purchase happens on omniauradigital.com in the normal way.
• The assistant itself: your conversation with ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI’s own privacy policy, which we do not control.

4. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
