Every purchase (and every free download) comes with one standard license: a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product yourself — at home, with your own class, or in your own business. You're buying the right to use the work, not to redistribute it. The plain-English version is below; the governing text is Terms of Service §2.

What you can do

  • Personal use

    Unlimited personal projects — print, reuse and adapt for yourself and your household.

  • Classroom use

    Use with your own class or homeschool students. Print as many copies as your own students need, every year you teach.

  • Commercial use of your work

    Use templates in your own business — client deliverables, invoices you send, planners you use, content you publish from prompt packs.

  • Customise freely

    Edit, rebrand and adapt editable files to fit your needs. Print and digital are both fine.

What you can't do

  • Resell or redistribute the files

    Do not sell, share, upload, or give away the downloaded files themselves — free or paid, modified or not.

  • Share your download links or account

    Links and library access are for the purchaser. Colleagues need their own copy.

  • Claim authorship

    Do not present the designs or their contents as your own original work, or remove attribution/copyright notices.

  • Build a competing catalogue

    Do not use our products as source material for a template store, resource library or dataset.

Common questions

I'm a teacher — can I print for my whole class?

Yes. One purchase covers your own students, year after year. If several teachers at a school want the same resource, each teacher (or the school on their behalf) needs a copy — that's what keeps prices this low.

Can I use spreadsheets and templates for client work?

Yes. Deliverables you produce with a template (an invoice you send, a report you build, content you write from a prompt pack) are yours. What you can't do is hand the template file itself to clients to reuse.

Do purchases expire?

No. One-time purchases are yours to keep and re-download from your account, even if the product is later retired from the store. Pro all-access items are downloadable while your membership is active; anything you bought outright stays yours.
