Teen chore chart

Older children need chores that visibly matter to the household rather than tidy-your-own-room tasks — cooking a meal, running a load of laundry, taking the bins out. Work that would otherwise fall to a parent is what makes the contribution real.

These are also the skills they need before leaving home, which is a more useful framing at this age than a sticker.
