Lawn care runs on a monthly invoice but a weekly-or-biweekly mowing schedule, so the visit count needs its own line instead of getting folded into one flat number — four mows and five mows are different jobs. Edging and fertilizer are treated as what they are: edging is part of the regular routine, fertilizer only shows up on the invoice the months it's actually applied.

The notes line says plainly that weather delays get rescheduled, not skipped, which is the actual policy on most lawn crews and the detail that heads off a confused customer expecting an invoice for a mow that got pushed by rain.
