Reading log for independent readers

A signature line makes sense when someone else needs proof the reading happened. It makes less sense for an older or more independent reader, where the log is meant to be theirs — a record they keep, not a form they hand over to be initialed. This version uses the same daily-minutes table as the standard log, just built without that column.

Dropping the column isn't just leaving a cell blank — the table is laid out without it, so the date and minutes columns take the extra width instead of sitting next to an empty strip nobody's going to sign. What's left reads as a personal log rather than a permission slip, which is the point for a reader who's past needing one.
