AI prompt packs

The best ChatGPT prompts are the ones written for your actual job

Generic prompt lists give generic answers. Each pack below is written for one job — the tasks that job repeats every week — so you paste a prompt in, fill a blank or two, and get something you can use. Works in ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Five packs are free.

How to get a better answer out of ChatGPT

Give it a role. “You are a third-grade teacher writing to parents” sets tone, vocabulary and length before you have asked for anything. Skipping the role is the single most common reason output reads generic.

Hand it the raw material. Paste the notes, the listing details, the messy draft. A model rewriting your real input beats a model inventing a plausible one, and it is the difference between a usable draft and fiction.

Name the output. Say how long, what format, and who reads it — “six bullet points a busy parent can skim”. Then ask for two versions and keep the better one.

Questions

What makes a good ChatGPT prompt?
Context, a clear role, and a defined output. A prompt that says who the model is writing as, what it is working from, and exactly what shape the answer should take will beat a one-line question almost every time. Every prompt in these packs is written that way, so you paste it in and fill the blanks rather than starting from scratch.
Do these prompts work with Claude and Gemini too?
Yes. The packs are written in plain language rather than against any one model’s quirks, so the same prompt works in ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Nothing here depends on a paid AI plan.
Which ChatGPT prompt packs are free?
Five are completely free — the packs for teachers, parents, students, small business owners and content creators. No account is needed to download them.
What do I actually get?
A print-ready PDF of prompts grouped by task, each written to be copied and pasted straight into the chat box with a blank or two to fill in for your own situation.
